Through his years of farrier work, Mike observed the affects of poor saddle fit traveling all the way down the horse’s body to create lameness issues in the feet. He started to ponder how he could help the horses better through saddle fit. After years of learning about saddle fit, the horse’s movement, and what is needed for a rider to be both comfortable and balanced, Mike built his first saddle. Through trial rides in the arena and vigorous pack trips into the mountains, Mike has put his saddles to the test. He knows how well this saddle can work for you and your horse.

Created out of leather and foam, this saddle will form to your horse’s back ensuring correct fit every time. Every saddle is built with double rigging plates and latigos to ensure correct fit for different horses. They are designed to allow your horse free shoulder mobility to be able to move out relaxed and enjoy the ride. We work with you, the owner, to know the type of horse(s) you ride to ensure that your saddle will be exactly what you need.
